Concomitant pyloric and esophageal obstruction due to peptic ulcer

      Abstract

      A case of pyloric stenosis from duodenal ulcer and esophageal ulcer with stricture formation is presented. The patient has remained well following resection of the lower end of the esophagus, vagotomy, and gastroenterostomy.
