Abstract
- 1.1. Histadyl inhibits expected regeneration of the renal capsule after decapsulation.
- 2.2. Three months following unilateral renal decapsulation, a dense new capsule was generated in the untreated animals. They tend to be hypertensive and blood flow through the test kidney is somewhat reduced or normal. Those which have been treated with histadyl are normotensive and most of the test kidneys exhibit increased blood flow.
