Massive retroperitoneal neurilemoma, with emphasis on technical problems encountered during surgical removal

      Abstract

      A rare case of retroperitoneal neurilemoma has been described. Emphasis was placed on the technical problems encountered when an attempt was made to extirpate the growth. A method of technical management of this surgical problem has been cited which may be of aid to those who might encounter a similar case.
