Otolaryngology and the American Association of Endocrine Surgery: Time for a change

      We appreciate Dr Geoffery Thompson’s Editorial Review of the article “The Maturation of a Specialty: Work Force Projections for Endocrine Surgery” by Sosa and colleagues in the December issue of Surgery, and his comments on otolaryngologic membership in the American Association of Endocrine Surgery (AAES).
