A 74-year-old woman presented atypical generalized abdominal pain for several months.
She previously was cured of breast cancer a decade ago. Physical examination revealed

Tumors markers (carcinoembryonic antigen, alfa-fetoprotein, carbohydrate antigen 19-9
and 15-3) were strictly normal.
