a bit with various clinical factors, which is why many definitions of chronic kidney
disease require 2 eGFR levels measured ≥90 days apart to ensure changes are clinically
meaningful. Did you do any sensitivity analysis to see whether the changes in eGFR
you observed were sustained? Also, did you look at percent change as opposed to absolute
change in eGFR after parathyroidectomy?
