that you probably were not very satisfied with the 69% capture rate. There are existing
natural language processing (NLP) systems where you could use the concept unique identifier,
for example, a Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine code for adrenal module. It seems
more straightforward than an elaborate structured query language script. Why didn’t
you take that approach? You’re probably missing a significant amount of data that
your institution has available.
