        Dr Scott Wilhelm (Cleveland, OH): What was your intraoperative decision-making process when you did not get normalization of parathyroid hormone (PTH)? Were you worried that they had multigland disease or did you assume it was due to their renal function? Did you do anything differently intraoperatively?
