In the current issue of Surgery, Sutton et al described the outcomes of patients with intrahepatic recurrence of
colorectal liver metastases (CRLM) undergoing repeat hepatic resection (RHR), compared
to a propensity-matched cohort of patients treated with systemic therapy alone (SYS).
