Abstract
The value of sympathectomy in the treatment of disorders of the peripheral circulation
has been discussed. The study of patients in an attempt to evaluate the possible benefit
of sympathectomy is outlined, the operative technique of dorsal and lumbar sympathectomy
is described, and the results in sympathetic denervation of eighty-three extremities
are presented.
